Twenty Twenty-Five

‘Tis the time,

to reflect on 2025.

In Thounaojam poem fashion,

we’ll bring you up to speed on the recent action.

We completed our first full year in San Diego,

soaking in our beachside bungalow.

We found a church home in a nearby neighborhood,

and a community group with new friends has been really good.

We even started an outdoors group,

planning things like hikes, camping excursions, and bike loops.

New jobs for both of us,

Abby’s thankfully with much less fuss.

Working in the schools comes with many breaks,

it’s got us constantly wanting to travel and collect memories as keepsakes.

Abby even took up a summer job in Early Intervention,

continuing to learn and develop skills was the intention.

We took an RV roadtrip with Abby’s parents through SoCal’s beauty,

as dad, the OG RV Cowboy, was back on driving duty.

The nuclear Moul family went on a trip to Europe,

while Arjun witnessed an erupting Hawaiian volcano working remote.

A family wedding in Mexico we could not miss,

while also celebrating our 5th anniversary and birthday bliss.

The Moul family holiday was Thanksgiving this year,

we gathered with relatives and friends to enjoy great cheer.

We’re off again for one last hurrah,

to Central America where we’ll soon be in awe.

We’re thinking of you and hope you’re doing well,

seeing you in 2026 would be quite swell.

Wishing you a “Belize” Navidad and a Happy New Year,

know that we hold each one of you near and dear.
